Hi Manjit Kumer,
Pls find the PF withdrawl forms.
Only Few fields u need to fill & remainings things will be filled by previous company.
Once it is complted by previous company , U need to Hand over to PF office. They will provide the Aknowledgement letter.
It will take 3 months to get the money. :lol:
