Dear All
I am urgently requesting an assistance with a letter format on how to get the employees to take leave.
While I was doing the leave audit in my company I have realised that employees have taken excessive due to operational requirement and I have been mandate to do ensure that I get them to take that leave, in order to cut cost.
Some of the employees are current sitting between 30 - 45 leave days to be taken.
Please help.
Regards
Busi

Dear Friend,
Your point is valid, today companies have started this initiative to make sure work life balance is maintained and employees get some time to spend with their families.
please find below the draft:
Dear All,
We at [Company's name] believe that every employee has right to and privilege to spend to spend some valuable time with their family.
Seeing the your commitment and dedication towards the company's growth and your valuable contribution, we have decided that all employees should mandatory go leave to spend time with their loved ones.
All employees are requested to apply for leave and get it sanctioned from your respective HODs. In order to give you this benefit, we have to also take care of the company activities and hence the company should not suffer.
Therefore, it is advised that employees should take leave in turn and that the departmental activities should not suffer.
Enjoy your holiday
