Hello
My name is ravindra

Dear Sir,

Please accept this as formal notice of my resignation from the position of Strategist-Digital Marketing.

Due to my health problems doctor has advised me for rest to full time in order to fully recover from my illness. My family and I have decided that this would be the best option for me since I am in a delicate situation.

This is not very easy for me but I am proud and grateful to be given such kind of experience. I am looking forward for your positive response regarding this matter.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,
Ravindra

Ravindra,

You resigned from the company on 9th of April and you last reported on 14th of April. You have been absconding form 15th of April without any information/permission. So you did not even complete the notice period of 15 days and without any handover, you went missing. I called you several times to come back and complete your notice period and give the proper handover but you did not pay any heed to my request. Also you have given us in writing that you shall not be eligible of any kind of compensation, in case you resign within six months of your joining.

It is clear from the letter of the company itself that they are well aware of your resignation w.e.f 14th April. Hence, their claim for absconding with effect from 15th is not tenable until such resignation was rejected. If there was a notice period of 15 days, then you are liable to serve such notice period or pay the equivalent in lieu thereof.
Under no circumstances, company can withheld your salary of one and half months. The question of not claiming any compensation within six months, even if you have giving it in writing, does not hold any legal validity.
Please send notice to the company seek your outstanding salary and other dues, if any.
