I am new to my organisation. I am working in rubber product manufacturing company And here no one is knowing what is HR. I am really confused what to do in this situation. Now my Managing Directors wants to make me all departments in systematic work. Even we are not having proper department too.We are having 121 employees in our organisation. please help me.
