Obviously, this is mandatory if any female employee works at your organization. The Vishakha Act (dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace) provides comprehensive details about this act that you can find on the internet. I recommend incorporating this act into your office rules promptly.

Please check the Sexual Harassment of Women (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.

You need to frame a policy and also set up a committee. Further, you need to train and sensitize the employees as well.

Every establishment is legally bound to incorporate the guidelines of the Act in its entirety, irrespective of the gender of the employees. This law does not imply that in the absence of women employees, your organization does not need to comply with the law. Women as clients, visitors, guests, or any other stakeholders may have to frequent your workplace. This law is applicable to every organization/establishment even if it employs a single person, directly or indirectly.
