Hi,
Currently I am in commitment period with my company. My commitment period will end on July 31st, 2015. Although, they haven't mentioned anything about notice period(notice period is of 2 months) in commitment letter and also they haven't mentioned any details about commitment period or bond period in their HR Portal.
Can I resign two months before my commitment period to be over, so that I can serve notice period in the commitment period?

Himjoshi92 : You mean to state that your current employer had a 'commitment' period which meant you had to serve that out? Illegal. So you can serve the 2 months prior to completion of commitment period.

Why not go and ask the HR department what the rules are on this.
Why create trouble and possible repurcations on your career when it's easy enough to go and speak to HR about it. What they say is what you have to do.
