Hello Seniors- I need advice and help to work as a HR Consultant in India.
I have an MBA from India and have been working as HR professional in the US since last 8 years. I have PHR, GPHR SHRM-SCP certifications and am currently pursuing my MS in I/O Psychology from a state University here. I wish to relocate to India for personal reasons and have no idea as to how to and what should I know to seek a job in India. I never worked in India.
I am looking for a HR Consultant in a diversity encouraging organization.
I have been applying for Consultant jobs in iBM, Delloite but haven't had any luck so far.

Sg9 : 1) upload your profile on Naukri and other job portals 2) Connect with HR professionals on LinkedIn. 3) Use your professional and personal network in the country you are located in, to connect with potential employers. 4) Put together a 1-pager intro on who, why India, etc and use that as a cover letter to reach out to HR Heads in India.
