Im working in Tcs for the Past 2 and a half years. I really feel like I wanted a break from continuous working. My project is really pressurized and not releasing me from the project. I got C band this time. Tired of asking release . So I am planning to resign as of now . Is it possible for me to rejoin tcs after 6 months or after 3 months. After how many months i can join the same company?. Is it possible to join tcs again with Hike ?. Please Advise .

Will TCS take you back especially if you leave a project which is high pressure from point of view of management.
There is no such laid down policy for time limit to take back an ex employee.
It depends on skill level,subsequent arising of suitable vacancy and how you have been as an employee in earlier tenure..
