Please suggest we are private ltd. company having 4 establishment in different locations in a Metro in the same name. All four establishments are having different numbers of employees working. first establishment having 21 employees, second, third and fourth are having 8,10, and 18 employees respectively.
All the establishments having separate under shop and commercial establishment act.
Please advise me on applicability of PF and ESIC act, whither provision will be applicable on all the units or every unit will be treated separately.
