my superior has instructed me to prepare a staff projection in the next 5 years presentation. it will include the total staff available in the company, performance of each staff, staffs that are eligible to be promoted to the next level, total staffs need to be added in a specific department, and the gap between a senior staff and junior staff ( For example if there is 25 senior staffs in a specific department, there is only 10 junior staff currently to replace them in the future). i need to prepare all of these in table format and also charts. i need some help since im still fresh. just one week working experience.
