Would like to confirm whether Manpower Staffing firm needs to be a part of or to pay Labor Welfare fund or not? If yes, is it a quarterly practice or half yearly?
Please elaborate for clear understanding of LWF.

Labour Welfare fund Act is applicable to factories & establishment which is covered under shops & establishment act employing 5 or more employees. It is half yearly practice i.e. Contribution is to be deducted from salary of employees twice in a year i.e. June & December every year.
