In Haryana there is a welfare officer appointed by the labour department they can visit your premises and check the record related to workers welfare. Here the Punjab Welfare fund is applicable, you need to submit the welfare fund either in quarterly or half early or early in favour of Welfare commissioner Haryana, the contribution rate is Rs. 5/- from Employee and Rs. 10 from employer per worker. We just keep the copy of DD and and covering letter and details of employees for whom contribution made.
