Most pre-retirement planning programs primarily focused on financial planning.
When organizations provide pre-retirement training for their employees, they should adopt a holistic approach instead of only providing programs which focus on financial, insurance or investment planning. A holistic approach should cover other equally important aspects, not just focus on financial planning.
