Can anyone help me with format of pre-placement offer. I have been asked to issue one to one of our intern as he has performed exceptionally good. Now our company want to retain him. He will be going back to college to complete his MBA degree. I am asked to give him a PPO letter that we want him to join our organization in july after his exams of MBA are over.
