I am looking for some psychometric tests (questionnaires with analysis) to be conducted for pre-placement training. The training is to be imparted to the final semester students of our B-school.
I had considered FIRO-B or MBTI, but both seem to be less accurate for freshers.

I have to train the students to crack the job interview, and psychometric testing is one part of it. It depends on feasibility whether I should opt for online testing or not. Could you please explain the costs involved in customized online tests?

If you conduct the test through an authorized agency, it will cost you about US$40 or US$50 per person. Are you in a position to cover these charges? I have a sample MBTI test. Based on this, I conduct training on MBTI titled "Know Your Personality." The MBTI concept has to be understood properly; merely taking the test does not suffice.
The objective of the training is not only to understand one's personality profile but also to understand the personality of another person through skillful questioning. Every time, one cannot have the psychometric test; hence, we have to rely on questioning skills to judge the personality of the people around you.
At the end of the training session, I show a small video clip of a prominent Hindi film. Based on the dialogue between the hero and heroine, I ask the participants to assess the personality profile of the heroine. Participants get fascinated by this exercise.
"Know Your Personality" is a half-day module. I have tried this module several times, and when I ask the participants about the matching rate with their personality, they say that it matches between 75% to 95%.
When it comes to MBA students, I have conducted training on this module for the students of IILM, Bangalore, and TAPMI, Manipal (Karnataka).
Next month, I will be in Mumbai for my training program. I have a training program on 21 Apr 2010. Can we align the training of the students of your institute to this date?
By the way, I have been in employee training and development for a long time. Generally, I handle training for managers and above. However, this module is unique, and understanding one's personality at an early stage is quite important; hence, I will conduct the training for the students.
