The following are the areas to be noted during the fire/evacuation drill.
- the process of drill i.e who has alarmed and flow of evacuation, role played the core team
- Time taken to evacuate
- Head count /No of people evacuated i.e employee's, visitor, contractors if any, creche/medical center
- Improvement plan if any, like reducing the time, training needs on using the extinguisher etc.
