hi,
first list out the notified emergency as per your company emergency policy and prepare the list of Target trainee according to the emergency and provide special training to them. also practice you drill in each department and do OJT before start the drill. after the partial drill completed conduct a overall drill with Goverment agency like Fire department if it is security bomb drill u co-ordinate with police . plan according to your management requirement
