Dear Sir,
Fire Drill/Mock drill is one of the subjects that was discussed earlier in detail. As for the stages, it follows the same as the PDCA Cycle:
P = Plan (Planning, what is to be done, how to be done, how many employees to be engaged for role play, material requirements (Extinguishers, PPEs, etc.), day of the drill, training to the employees for their role, and many more)
D = Do (Execution of drill & evacuation, safe shutdown, record-keeping of time taken)
C = Check (Effectiveness)
A = Act (Act on any deviation observed)
Seniors, kindly correct me if I am wrong. Please find attached some files that may be useful to you. Make your own observation notes. You may search it within the site using the research button.
