Dear Seniors,

Please do provide your valuable inputs for the subject posted here with

* We are having a office staff of 15 head counts in dept. like IT/Accounts/Sales/Purchase/Front desk/Back office & other. and similar

head count at manufacturing unit.The age group of staff is from 25-55.

* Most of the staff members are committed to their job ,duties and responsibilities.

* All are performing well, but management want to sense lacking areas of improvement among the staff in terms of efficiency/attitude/approach/discipline/belonging.

* These concern of management is arising as the organization is, now in to transformation phase from old less professional working culture

in to new dynamic work culture as per vision/mission of management.

* What theory/strategy or practice would be adopted ,so that my newly set HR dept. would sense and rectify the actual blocks in the mind set of staff if any factually.



Please suggest HR tool ,which would be effective for accomplishing this task perfectly.
