Please read and understand the Termination Clause of your Company, if your company require Notice Period to be served during Probation Period then you have to serve the Notice Period. If it does not then you do not have to serve. With regards to Documents you will get once you get a smooth exit from the company after adhering to all the exit formalities.

Hi Saji,
Thanks for Replying.
I have clear understanding that the candidate will not be given any Certificate since he/she is leaving the company without NP but please Note the conditions of my company are as follwes
1. One month NP for Certificates.
2. Six Months Probarion Period.
Now my question is Does the candidate requires to give one month NP during the Probation Period also?

I fail to understand, whether this query is for you or for your friend or just for knowledge sake. In general most of the companies do not ask for Notice Period in Probation, but they give relieving letter on exit

As per general legal law, no need to give NP. If u are confirmed once by proper documents by employer then u need to give NP otherwise not. Any employee can leave company any time in PB Period.

No,
company will give u relieving letter and experience letter but by mention that u had on probation period and u done 6 month or less time here.
I think no need any letter if u leave in PB because it not useful in other ind. No one consider such type of letter.

I would appreciate if you could let us know under which section the legal law states that no need to give Notice Period during Probation if it is mentioned in the Appointment Letter and is accepted by the employee.

During probation period, only 24 hrs of notice is required. On the very next day, a probationer can get relieved from the company, if he
submit a resignation letter.
But as a general principle, a person who resigns ffrom the company during probation period, will not be entitled to receive
any certificates from the company, except a resignation acceptance letter.
Thanks
