Dear All,
I have been working as PR manager,Marketing manager and then finally as a General Manager also with different clubs, hotels and restaurants.I have around 10 years of experience.
And i want to take my first bold steps starting my freelance hospitality training venture.
But i have no idea if it is a compulsion to have my own company name or i can just start on my own like visiting hotels and convincing them how i can really train the staff.
Please anybody help in how and from where i should start. This is a really big step for me.Kindly help. Also if i need to have any kind of contract which would help me to get my fees in the end.I have also attached my resume so you can just have a look and let me know even if its the right goal at this point.
And also how much should i ask for.
Thank you so much in advance and god bless you.

Dear Minerva Jain,
Check my following reply to similar query earlier. It is not exactly for hospitality training as such but common to all the businesses. It will be useful to you:
