First of all you need to sign the bond if any, and you will receive a offer letter. further you need to submit all the photocopy of ur certificates & letters (consisting details like Proof of residence/address, Proof of birth, Identity clarification, Edu.Certificates & Previous employment letters.)
Only then u will be legible to get appointment letter.
Then the program of induction will be conducted. You will be made familiar with the policies of the sector which u need to follow.
Then there can be on the job training.
