I am an HR Executive in a service-based company, and I have been given a task to enhance or add new elements to the joining process and formalities. For example, a welcome note before joining and a joining kit on the day of joining.

You can also provide the following:
1) An orientation kit which explains about the job and the orientation plan as to how one is inducted into this job.
2) A note explaining the functional hierarchy of the company.
3) A note on the company's culture, etc.
