i have prepared policy and procedure of leave for our company. can any body tell me whether i have to give the leave policy to the employees or it is enough if i give procedure

Hi,
You should be very clear before prparing leave format and ones framed pls let it be finalized with your top level management and then you have to explain to your employees in such a way they ar convinced because if your framing only after your joining your employees shuold not feel that you hvae taken powers in your hand,so it is not necessary to show the policy just try to explain them or just go ahead with your leave policy and let them go through and sign as approval of reading and accepting.
