Hello,
While filling XXX company application form online for job, they ask for Annual Gross Salary but in my last increment letter it specifies CTC so I consider fixed component from my monthly salary slip and deduct the PF and specified the gross salary (monthly salary X 12) which is 13.8% less than CTC.
Now I have been selected and BGC is in progress. Should I worry on this point?
