Maharshtra labour laws regarding CL, PL, PH AND SL, as mine is a new hospital and we want to implement the leave policy as well as other policy manual.
What aare the minimum comulsory leaves that an employee is eligible in probation period as well as after confirmation. Also would like to confirm the maternity leave policy. Kindly Guide.

1) any person employed for continuously for 240 days a year or otherwise, is eligilble for 21 days, such leave may be accumulated up to a maximum period of forty-two days.
2) any person employed less the 3 months in a year , he or she is eligible leave for every 60days, for maximum lleaves eligible for leave not more than 5 days
Paid holidays as declared by Maharashtra , every employee is entitled to holiday irrespective of period of employment. He or she is entitiled for holiday on 26th January, 1st May, 15th August and 2nd October every year.
