1. whether labour welfare fund in Haryana is paid annually, quarterly or monthly?
2. where in Gurgaon labour welfare fund is being deposited and by which mode and to whom?
3. Is there any documentation required before the start of depositing labour welfare fund?

Hi,
1. Labour Welfare Fund is paid on the basis of Calendar Year i.e. from Jan to Dec. It is to be paid in January next.
2. This fund is sent to the Welfare Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh even through Cheque drawn in f/o of Welfare Commissioner, Haryana.
3. Only details of employees month-wise on letter-head to be sent with the payment.
4. Pls note all persons whose salary/wages are booked are to be covered. Employees contribution is Rs. 10/- per month and double of it is management share i.e. in all Rs. 30 per employee per month are to be deposited by 31st Jan next.
