The ICC must have at least 4 members.The members of Internal Complaints Committee are nominated by the employers, and should comprise.
1) A senior woman employee from the organization (she will be the presiding officer of the committee)
2) At least two employees who have had experience in social work or have legal knowledge or are committed to the cause of women’s rights
3) One person from an NGO or an association or who has experience with issues relating to sexual harassment
Moreover, atleast half of the members of the ICC should be woman.
