Dear Agrawal ji,
Thank you so much for uploading the report by ICSI. Today only one of the members of ICSI was making arguments with me on this Act. The gentleman was asking me specific provisions to show in the Act and was not ready to believe my views even after telling him that I am giving a lecture on this subject. This report gives answers to all his queries in the topic - Misconceptions about the Law. I am sure he will be convinced about his misconceptions on reading this report by his own Institute.
Implementation of this Act is a big failure. I tend not to accept the findings of the Survey in the report when I find a professional like CS has a lot of misconceptions about the Law. According to my own Survey, only 4% of companies are having ICC. I have not come across any LCC in Mumbai Region.
