I have recently joined as an HR in a BPO & i dont have much knowledge abt HR practices to be followed in a BPO... So can sm1 kindly help me to know following things:
1. How to reduce the attrition rate?
2. How to create a vibrant envirnoment on the floor?
3. how to make their work interesting?
4.which test module can be followed to check their knowledge & personality??
Kindly help me with the answers... & provide me any test module if you have

 How to reduce the attrition rate?
 It is an organizational level effort. You might discuss it with your seniors and take up a project.
 How to create a vibrant environment on the floor?
 Start implementing Fish Philosophy (FISH! Philosophy :: Home) on the floor. Train the TLs and Managers on the same.
 How to make their work interesting?
 There work will always remain the same. You can’t do much about it. You can only give a better platform.
 Which test module can be followed to check their knowledge & personality??
 What is the objective behind administering any test? If I may know?
