If you are the HR person of the company?What will you do if a wife file a sexual harassment case against her husband who works in same company due to any reason
Will you leave it considering it a personal matter among both of them or take action on the complaint filled by wife and why?

Treat every complaint of sexual harassment with respect, but make sure to
hear both sides of the story before making any conclusions
As per my knowledge to post on this matter ,HR experts please rectifies my post if needed so that matter should be clear.
Dear Tahsin not due to any reason, reason should be logical and in this case wife has some evidence to show that his husband harass her at workplace than its come to sexual harassment act other wise its show martial disorder or its take personally between both of them.
