Please search another job your company is not good, they do not have policy or HR department. they running business just like shops.

If you have initiated the working there, forget the offer letter and ask for appointment letter.
Offer letter is just the letter that mentions the intention of the company to hire you for so and so post at such and such remuneration.
Appointment letter however is the letter that states that you've been appointed at such Designation with effective from your Joining Date, with Conditions and Salary Breakage.
It is very much necessary to have appointment letter. If they don't intend to issue you one, please change the job.
