Hi
May thiese feew line may guide you....
As your are employee of software development company, Your company have several department ,
first you have to understand the process and function done by each department. Screen all the function and its
improtance, categerised them, contact the departmental head to understand them.
Your company can have Production department : which is call software development;, programmer with different types of
programming lenguages & skills, working there: thery are producing software as per clients needs, so production is software.
For that Marketting team, is there for searching clients.
Being HR person you have know each function and process of company then and then you can clearly understand about
roles and responsibilities of each department and employee of company.
