Ms. Sharmila Das
I quote an extract from your posting: With reference to the appointment letter and consequetive assessments during your probation has been satisfactory.
Sentence is not complete first, having started with "With reference......". Secondly, What is consequetive ? Spelling wrong and meaning is also not proper for the situation.
Youngsters seek guidance from us and let us not make serious mistakes. The girl has sought guidance from us. She may simply copy & paste your letter and consequently, may get firing from her Management.
Let our postings be proper, meaningful and devoid of mistakes. Am sorry to say this here and in this forum. Typographical error in our writing is ok but not in the formats which we are sharing here.
Hope you would not mind my correcting you here.
Best wishes
