Can any one explain me what is the ageing process of ESI.
From the Date of Joining to Receiving Permanent Card by IP, what should be the time gap, Is there any legal provisions, to submit Employees Declaration Forms etc in ESI Off.

Hi,
The Form 1 of ESIC (Nomination Form) must be submitted in the ESI Local office within 10 days of an employee from the date of employment.
Upon submitting the documents, the ESIC department shall issue an Insurance Number and Temporary Identification Certificate, which later on, you may issue to your employees, the Temporary Identification Certificate is valid for 3 months in case the permanent identity card is not received within three months.
