Hi All,

I want to understand what the responsibilities of a compensation and benefits manager are. In the case of a sales-driven organization, how can we keep track of the salesmen working across the branches, especially in cases of resignation when they leave without any prior notice?

I also want to understand the PF and ESIC acts. Where can I find the correct information about them?

Hi,

I am not sure about Compensation & Benefits, but in the case of the Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Act, just for your information, there will be a one-day workshop on Payroll & HR Compliance on 7th March 2010. This workshop will cover all the details about ESIC & PF. If you are interested, I can forward the email to you. I will also attach some files for your reference.

Goodbye.
