Dear All,
I recently joined an IT company that employees some 30 people. I am the first HR that the company has, and it is therefore my responsibility now to set up proper HR practices.
Till now, these people had little (almost no) written policies. I need help to establish these rules.
Are there any specific clauses that I should add considering that this is a IT company?
I would also welcome some ideas to initiate these people to the new system.
Basically any suggestions/cautions that you have would be helpful.!!
Thank you.
