Hello Sudhir This was a nice eye opening presentation. Lot of misconceptions were cleared. The general tendency is to go for the fruit bowl after the meals. Thanks and regards Ashit

Hello Mr A Sudhir,
A good presentation advocating a new thought to eat fruits first.
It is good that reasons have been given to support what is said.

Hi...Very good info shared with facts and figures. Nice way to make people understand. Still it will take sometime to practice since it is a practice prevailing for years. This can be tried and practice make person perfect. The main question is now a days everthing is adultered and you will not feel eating the fruit. Lot of adulteration take place. Good information and thank you for sharing.

Hi Sudhir, Amazing presentation! Lots of knowledge generated by it. I think we need to share this information with other people as they will come to know the right way for eating food. Kasim
