Can any one kindly guide me for following requirements for goods lift
(1) How many buffers needs to be provided (Kindly mention source of information)
(2) Basis of counter weight (Kindly mention source of information)
(3) What is the interpretation of efficient devices as per Section 28 (2) (b) of FA i.e. : Efficient devices shall be provided and maintained capable of supporting the cage together with its maximum load in the event of breakage of the ropes, chains and attachments
