I did a 2 day workshop for subcontractors in a shipyard in Malaysia way back in 2005 at the request of the shipyard management. The objective was to get buy -in from them.

If you are working in an Oil Depot or terminal of an Oil & Gas field, you should follow all OISD standards because all safety norms are provided, especially OISD standards 244, 117, 118, and all others must be followed as well.
