how are you all? its been very long for me to get back to this forum and contacting u all...i am looking out for an advice from all of u..plz suggest
actually my education background is MCA and due to some personal reasons i could 'nt work for 4 yrs after my education..when i started my career, i got an opportunity as HR Executive and worked for an 1 yr and then shifted the company and became a HR Recruiter and still working with it only..its almost an year ..Now i got very good opportunity to get back to core HR activities . i request u all to suggest me . whether to go back Core HR or shall i continue with what am in and plz help me with all updates in statutory things as well as with other related activities

I feel as it is better to take up the chance. Infact many recruiters are looking for positions like HR generalist and Payroll as career is better in core HR. Once you get into that you will be expert in Back core of HR then you can look for even generalist.

Dear Vasavi, First try to find out your area of interest. I am agreed with Jeevarathnam also but u must prefer your area of interest also.

the company where i got offer is is start up firm..i need to initiate fro PF, ESI and all other statutory things..so plz suggest me how to proceed for the PF formalities and all others

Cool so u got the opportunity into Core Hr congrats.. and its a challenge and wili be great experience as you are joining a start up firm. U will learn so many new things and also u can show ur own leadership skills as hr. for any help u can get in this forum lots of seniors will help u out like Jeevarathnam sir already did.
