Hello,I am working as an HR in a Factory.Could ny1 please tell me how to maintain a Staff Leave register including SICK,CASUAL and EARNED leaves.Also tell me how many leaves are applicable as per Factories Act.

Hi Ashle,
Pleas visit any stationary shop and ask for Leave Register. Its a pinted book and will give all the information how maintain "Staff Leave Register". Ask for other Resgister as well, as you need to maintain them as well. If you do not want manual way of maintaining them, have them transported to MSExcel.
