Hi,
Pls tell me how to register my sole proprietorship firm.
& required documents ,my nature of business is Pre-inspection of vehicles( Legal & Professional Charges).My Annual income is 7 to 8 lac p.a.

If you are in India, suggest, you visit a CA and he will do the needful for you. Apart from registration under Shop and Establishment Act, you need TAN and also file returns. CA will guide you in the entire process. All the Best
