Dear All I am working since 9 years in pvt ltd firm No appointment letter is there I have given resignation letter before 15 days If any problem to face from employer as per labour law Kindly give guidance

What is the notice period you have given. From the point of view as per labour laws there is no any restrictions.
More over you are telling as you have not received any appointment letter then you can challenge the employer if they insists abt any issue. If they ask you you can tell as you have not been issued appointment letter and how will you know the notice period.
Are you getting Gratuity & Full & Final settlement?

they can reduce ur salary apart from the required notice period , which will be mentioned in the standing order of the company . u had given 15 days notice period and the balance days (notice days apart from the 15 days) will deducted from the settlement.

Now I am waiting for that. what they can do.
Employer is asking by force to give notice 2 months before. I cann't give before 2 months notice. My problem is like that. They are not understanding.
