As per query please be specific what kind of course do you want to Pursue Like, a short Term of 3 months or 6 Months or some distance Degree course. OR some diploma course of 12 months ?

Dear Seniors,
Well ! I am basically a Science Graduate (B.Sc. (Bio)) and after completion my graduation due to relatives influence / father's insistent, i had to join as security profession. Since than i have been working in the same line and it is almost 12 years. i am an Asst. Manager (Security) now, quite a good position. But I want to shift my-self from Security to HR. And from the beginning also and inspite of being a security professional, i have been assisting my various HR Heads in the line of IR & Labour Issues. But that is all unrecognized coz i have been a security profession.
Well Educationally i have completed PG Diploma in Labour Laws, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and also perusing MBA. Now You people please guide me how to shift myself from security to HR ?????????
