Dear All,
I have left my previous company in July 2011 & I have claimed to withdraw my PF amount in the month Jan 2012.
Till today i have not received my PF amount. After inquiry with my previous employer every-time company confirms that withdrawal form is forwarded to PF office.
My PF slip shows pf no as MH/5425/1795. Also i have tried to check withdrawl status online but not found the data.
Please help me how i can locate at which office my withdrawl application is pending & for which reason.
Waiting for positive reply at earliest.

Hi Sir,
My name is suhas and i worked with Accenture Bangalore from 17th Jan 2011 to Feb 10th 2012 i had to leave the company due to medical emergency. I stopped going to work from 10 DEC 2011. i informed my manager about my illness. but they were not ready to give me leaves despite of me being suffering from measles. hence i had to stop answering their calls.
Then i got a letter from Accenture stating that if i dont report to work in 5 working days i will be terminated. i met my project HR. but she was not of any help. She simply said that i will have to leave the company and will have to buy the notice period. They did not take me back.. even after i contacted them with in 5 working days. now they are asking me to pay almost 34 thousand. and my pf is blocked. i need my pf. and i really dont want this experience letter from such a scam company. They say that my pf is blocked and when i calculated its just 15,000 odd rupees as my pf for a yr.
which is way too low according to the govt norms. My pf account is of Mumbai and i worked in Bangalore
Please help.

You have already completed one year of service in organisation, and i can presume that you must be in workman category. An Employer can not terminate the service of a workmen with conducting an domestic inquiry. Even when you were hospitalized. You have all proof of your illness.
Even if your company is governed by S&E Act provisions, then before termination of contract of service, one month notice is mandatory. And the letter issued to was just only a show cause notice. In pursuance of the letter you had already appeared before the company officer.
Secondly, Employer can not stop Withdrawal of PF of an Employee, But you can apply for withdrawal after two month of leave service, two month period is mandatory.
Please speak to your manager, or top management, and sort out the problem amicable. Because will not suggest to go Labour Department, in that case it will complicated.
Regards
Sanjay

and discuss more about this..i hope you can help
