I am Mallesh Working as Admin Executive in reputed company
As per the state Shops& Establishment Act we have to take license from Labour commissioner of the concerned state.If we have 10 offices in same locality with differenct activities of the same company, is it required to take for each and every office labour license.

Dear mallesh,
In your case, you need to get your company registered under Shop & Establishment Act by Labour authority.
If you one single company but different activities. Then study all the activites and should not be connect to manufacturing process. Refer Factories Act. if not, then one license under Shops act will do.

It not under Factories Act.
We have already registration for main company and also we have 10 offices in same locality with different adress and different activities.
Kindly advise me is it required to take for all offices.
