Hi ,
I have 1 Year and 9 month experience in HR .I was in a very good company but I got this job very easily so i could not guess the value of that job and leave the company to think that I will get another company with handsome salary .
Now i realised that i make a mistake now could not getting a desirable job .
please suggess me now what to do next???

Hi, try to find out a good job, it may be take time, depend on ur city, only god can change ur destiny so believe in god he can change all things. i hope u wil get a good job very soon.

It is not clear whether you mean 'approach' as 'influence ' ? Good companies and
professional HRs will go only for your talent and choose right candidate. If you
mean 'approach' as networking , it helps at times in letting you know regarding
prospctive employers and vacancies. Please never depend upon so called
influences and unethical 'approaches' they never lead you anywhere at the end
of the day , your abilities , talent command over subject are supreme.

aquire new skills...
there are plenty of courses avl in the market...
for starting, learn payroll and good headhunting ... these 2 skills will help you in finding a job very easily...
no one likes to hire a candidate by "sifarish"
cos who is going to work then..
sifarishi have big egos/ difficult to fire/ may leak dept secrets..

Dear Sir,

I agree with you as company want skills and hardworking but if companies will not publish any vacany then how could we got to know as there are no one in my family in Corporate .
Four of my friends even they do not know the basic of HR bot working in MNC so its little disappointing that the people who are worth of a gud job just sitting ideal at home...........apart from that i know that there are thousands f job in delhi for HR but the thing is we want a place where we can give a gud direction to our career.
