Dear all,
Recentaly I have join on firm as HR executive trainee.
and I have difficulties in preparing salary slip of employees.
so can anybody guide me how to prepare salary slip of an employee ?
Like PF, PT, Basic, DA and ESIC I know.
But i dont have any idea about HRA %, Special allownace, Children Education allownace, Medical Allowance, and conveyance allowance.
Please guide me..

First you knows about employees gross salary. and than in Execl sheet some formulas so below i will explain the all salary statement so plz concentrate that.
1) HRA - For your gross salary around 60%
2) CON ALLOWANCE -900 R S this fi
3) SPL ALLOWANCE-
