My wife has recived offer in infosys, she is having 6+ work exp,
1)But as I can see infosys has asked to provided last 5 years details in BG form, so in this case is it required to provide employers details more than 5 years?
2)But while joining they have asked to produce all exp letters , but my wife's 1st employer is not in operation now. will they verify more than five years or as per information given in BG form they will verify.If they verify as per BG form than whats the purpose of asking all exp letters.
Please advise.
